What is the price of a 5 Marla and 10 Marla plot?
As per the current developer rate sheet, a 5 Marla (5.56) plot is PKR 3,495,000 — or PKR 2,790,000 on full payment. A 10 Marla (10.89) plot is PKR 6,065,000 — or PKR 4,850,000 on full payment. Development charges are included; corner and main-road plots carry additional charges. Request the latest confirmed rate list before booking.
Which is the best block to invest in?
